Job Description
Key responsibilities:
· Prepare necessary paperwork for projects
· Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
· Possess good organization, communication and people skills
· Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
· Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Key requirements:
· At least 1 year of working experience in a similar capacity
· Possess advanced skills in Excel & Words
· Time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with strict deadlines and you will have to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities.
· Must be a driven professional with great interpersonal and problem-solving skillset
· Strong ability to organise work schedules and to warm up to people from diverse culture and background
· Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff
· Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously
