Role Overview
We are looking for a mid-level Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing the technology that powers our innovative loyalty program, from enhancing our platform's functionality to integrating AI-driven personalization features. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including backend systems, user-facing applications, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain software that powers our loyalty program platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Data Science) to implement new features and improve user experience.
Contribute to the architecture and scaling of our backend systems to support our growing user base.
Implement AI and machine learning models to personalize user experiences and optimize program rewards.
Ensure code quality, stability, and scalability through best practices and code reviews.
Technical Requirements
Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, or Vue.js is a plus).
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is highly desirable.
Agile/Scrum development methodology.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
