As an Administrative Officer, your role involves collaborating with the director to deliver administrative assistance and manage daily operations within the company.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports.
- Monitor and organize all documents for approval.
- Compose communications as necessary.
- Cultivate and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the company's business processes and systems to support job duties.
- Assist in the work and communication of executives.
- Maintain office facilities as required.
- Offer administrative assistance to senior leadership.
- Exhibit exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize numerous tasks.
- Handle general administrative processes within departments.
- Assist with printing and collating tasks as requested by the team.
