Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Coffee Program Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in promoting our coffee program, handling course inquiries, registering participants, and facilitating on-site sales during program events.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tele sales to promote our coffee program and handle inquiries from potential participants.
  • Assist interested individuals in the registration process for the coffee program.
  • Be present on-site during the 2-day coffee program to represent our company and our coffee bean partner.
  • Introduce the company and provide information about our coffee beans to participants.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase coffee products and pour-over coffee equipment.
  • Engage with participants to understand their needs and preferences, and offer tailored product recommendations.
  • Close product sales on-site, including coffee beans, equipment, and accessories.
  • Track sales performance and report results to the management team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with participants and coffee bean partner representatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to support marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads for the coffee program.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in tele sales or educational program sales roles, familiar with F&B industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to close sales on-site.
  • Enthusiasm for coffee and willingness to learn about coffee products and brewing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Availability to work on-site during coffee program events, which may include weekends (Saturday).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
