As a Regional Sales Manager for a leading medical device company, you will play a key role in driving sales of our innovative products used in critical surgical procedures. You will build strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff within your assigned territory, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources they need to utilize our products effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and surgical team members.
- Provide comprehensive product education and training to healthcare professionals.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within your assigned region.
- Monitor competitor activity and develop strategies to maintain market share.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on our products and their benefits.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in medical device sales.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the surgical environment and relevant procedures (specific area of focus will be provided).
- Ability to travel within your assigned territory.
