Responsibilities
Provide general administrative , coordination and support
Basic Accounting skill or Knowledge
Attend to all incoming inquiries via phone and emails
Maintain administration file, to ensure customer’s data and record up-to date
Inventory management
Update system
Any ad-hoc assignment which may be assigned from time to time.
Administrative/Accts support experience will be an advantage
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-tasking, work independently with minimal supervision
