HEAD COACH (FULL-TIME)
As the Head Coach, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals transform their dating experiences and achieve meaningful connections. Leadership and Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of date and image coaches, providing guidance, support, and feedback to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement training programs to continuously improve the skills and effectiveness of the team.
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor individual and team progress towards KPIs
Business Development
- Drive business development initiatives, including marketing strategies and budget planning, to attract and retain clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and attract potential clients.
Coaching and Client Engagement
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients via video conferencing or in person.
- Help singles in identifying and resolving dating challenges to achieve their dating goals.
- Foster a supportive and empowering environment for clients, inspiring them to overcome obstacles and pursue fulfilling relationships.
Research and Content Development
- Lead the dating research team to identify emerging trends, gather insights, and develop new coaching materials and resources.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to ensure the delivery of relevant and impactful coaching services to clients.
Requirements
- Basic degreee in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching, preferably in a related field such as relationship coaching or personal development.
- Proven experience in team management (regional team is a plus)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire clients and team members.
- High emotional intelligence and intuition and empathy.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- Background in psychology and experience in public speaking are highly desirable.
- Willingness to work one day of the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) to accommodate client schedules.
