Job Responsibilities
• Project Management: Assist and facilitate projects through Greenmark renewal, ensuring
they meet sustainability goals, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and the use of
environmentally friendly products suitable for the project.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including clients,
to promote sustainable practices and build strong partnerships.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data related to sustainability performance, energy
consumption, waste reduction, and carbon footprint to identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation and Technology: Stay updated on the latest sustainable technologies, trends,
and best practices, and propose innovative solutions to enhance sustainability efforts.
Job Requirements
• A diploma/graduate in a built environment related field, such as Sustainable Building Design,
Environmental Management, or similar.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee and execute sustainability
initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and certifications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player with a passion for sustainability and
environmental stewardship.
