HR contract staff (Payroll)

You will be responsible for HR daily operations, staff life-cycle management, supporting payroll and HRIS. You will be involved in HR operation review to enhance delivery excellence with quality and efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of SEA candidates internally and externally (i.e., Preparation of offer letters, employment contract, and other documentation as needed).
- Responsible for MOM related matters – e.g., education verifications, work pass applications/renewal etc.
- Responsible for airport pass application for office staff.
- Provide payroll variable files (OT/staff movement/ad-hoc payment etc.) and payroll checking for SEA region. Manager PT payroll.
- Support recruitment process including job postings, pre-screening/shortlisting of candidates and interview arrangement, if needed.
- Maintain and update HR employee personal files.
- Support vendor creation and invoice processing.
- Provide other ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- With relevant work experience in payroll processing and staff lifecycle management.
- Positive attitude, proactive to find solutions, organized, fast pace
- Can-do attitude, proactive and resourceful under ambiguity
- Quick to learn new system, Workday experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities effectively, multi-task with efficiency.
