Our client, as one of oil and gas trading companies holds a strong presence in Asia and they are looking to hire a Trade Operations Executive (MNC).
Key Responsibilities:
· Reviewing, preparing, and negotiating contracts
· Managing cargo operations including documentation, inspection (cargo stewardship), price confirmation (invoicing and payment, cargo related appointments etc)
· Assisting with delivery logistics alongside the domestic refining supply team
· Handling claims and resolving disputes
· Executing operations efficiently
· Providing support in the Trade Finance process such as L/C issuance, negotiation (discounting and presentation)
· Reporting and updating management (operational risk and exposure matters)
· Filing for records and audit purposes
· Facilitating settlements
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Science, Logistic, Business Studies, Mathematics preferably or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Physical Operations for Crude, Refined Products or Petrochemicals preferred
• Proficient in English & Mandarin language preferred (liaising with English & Mandarin speaking associates)
• Familiar MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
