Your Team, Your Impact
The job comes under NPI Operations and supports Product & Test Engineers in test development, product qualification & manufacturing release. Additionally, the job supports production & planning teams to make use of spare capacity for revenue attainment purpose. The scope covers managing Marvell testers, handlers, probers & hardware with focus towards operational readiness and continuous improvement.
What You Can Expect
Work with product / test / equipment engineers and external vendors to buy, maintain, repair and setup test hardware for NPI projects.
- Drive actions to achieve high uptime for hardware items like sockets, load boards, probe cards & accessories.
- Develop procedures, system for HW storage, maintenance & repair.
- Do simple board level soldering for component replacements & jumpers.
- Publish HW status to stake holders on periodic fashion.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or relevant vocational qualification with 5 years of experience in HW support for ATE / Handlers / Probers.
- Hands on experience in service & repair of high pin count test sockets, load boards, accessories.
- Experience in change kit buyoff for Hon Tech, North Star & Chroma handlers.
- Fast learner, team player, ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity in ISO-9K, MS-Office tools, HW stock keeping.
