Key Account Manager (Sales)

Responsibilities:

· Sales-Focused Customer Engagement: Skillfully address customer inquiries, emphasizing sales acumen and product knowledge to provide tailored solutions and quotes.

· Strategic Sales and Account Management: Proactively follow up on quotations, coordinating orders to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and manage new accounts, expanding customer base and boosting sales performance.

· Technical Sales Presentations: Engage in pre-sales demonstrations, showcasing a strong understanding of technical aspects to persuade and inform potential clients.

· Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to promote products effectively, utilizing sales insights to enhance marketing strategies.

· Market Research and Sales Strategy Development: Conduct targeted market research in relevant segments, applying findings to refine sales approaches and strategies.

· Proactive Lead Generation: Independently generate leads, prospect new accounts, and apply strategic thinking in sales strategy development to meet and exceed sales targets.


Work Experiences:

· Technical Sales Expertise: Experience in sectors such as Edge AI, 5G, Transportation, Surveillance, Digital Signage, and Equipment Building, with a focus on applying this knowledge in a sales context.

· Proficiency in Tender Bidding: Well-versed in managing tender bidding processes for projects, demonstrating the ability to understand, respond to, and win bids effectively.

· Industrial Equipment Sales: Strong experience in dealing with industrial equipment builders, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored sales solutions.

· Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with embedded technologies, AI, and IoT, leveraging this expertise to enhance sales effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent. A Diploma with relevant experience is also acceptable.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent bilingual communication skills in the local language and English, with an emphasis on persuasive and clear sales communication.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, analytical, and a strong team player. The ability to work independently is crucial, with a focus on results-oriented sales strategies.
