· Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
· Taking guests’ orders and delivering food and beverages
· Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with guests
· Collect and process payments from guest
· Responsible for the service and bar operation of the outlet
· Guiding all service and bar personnel assigned in the outlet, in the performance of their duties and responsibilities
· Consistent follow up in the implementation of the policies and procedures in operating the outlet
· Checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for service and bar
· Maintaining the hygiene standards in the outlet assigned
· Maintaining a clean and wholesome ambience in the outlets, controlling room temperature, ventilation and lighting effects
