1.0 DESCRIPTION
1.1 This position reports to the Senior Project Manager. The key aspects of the job include development of CMMS system in PAL, functional support of CMMS related activities for offshore operations team at post project stage, co-ordination with vendor and Group entities on technical assistance and administrative support to all the PAL users. He/she will also facilitate maintenance plans, performance standards, job instructions preparation and loading and AMO technical documentation preparation and management.
2.0 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Primary responsibilities included but not limited to the following job scope:
2.1.1 Responsible for all Group documentation for assigned project / department / unit, internal or from suppliers, partners or clients, to use BassNet as principal document/information management tool during Tender, Project and OPS stages.
2.1.2 Review and facilitate the development of CMMS system in BassNet.
2.1.3 Acts as a liaison for Group entities to the vendor to coordinate the development of BassNet , provide technical assistance to all BassNet users train users on the system and integrate tasks change management for users when CMMS ERP system upgrades.
2.1.4 Expedite outstanding documentation and comments. Process feedback and comments in BassNet and forward relevant documents both internally and externally as appropriate.
2.1.5 Work together with BassNet support team, to ensure Dashboards are consistent, traceable and in line with Corporate or project specific standards.
2.1.6 Ensure Vessel Technical Documentation preparation and management is done within the client standards.
2.1.7 Ensure all documentation is properly controlled, archived, readily retrievable and secured.
2.1.8 Ensure adherence to Document Control procedures and Work Instructions, and, if applicable, Client requirements.
2.1.9 Participate in all phases of Projects from concept development, tender, bids, FEEDs, construction, commissioning, execution, modification to completion.
2.1.10 Follow Project into Operation for a period ensuring good handover from project for migration to OPS.
2.1.11 Work closely with and actively support all relevant Heads of departments.
2.1.12 Maintain knowledge of applicable standards or where the information can be obtained, and ensure that Document Control and Record Management is carried out in accordance with applicable standards.
2.1.13 Contribute to company procedures and guidelines for the Document Control function, continuously seeking improvements to document handling.
2.1.14 Fiscal responsibilities include providing inputs in the planning stage for the budget.

3.0 REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Candidate may possess Degree in Engineering or alternatively have minimum 10 years of experience in similar capacity.
3.2 Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
3.3 Good knowledge of BassNet systems.
3.4 Good communication and interpersonal skills are critical.
3.5 Proactive, self-motivated and able to provide solutions to problems independently.
3.6 Positive attitude / Drive for result.
3.7 Must be comfortable to work in project site environment.
3.8 Be physically fit.
