- Responsible for Market Trend Analysis, Landlord Management and Outlet location sourcing.
- Perform research to identify new trends/food concepts, mall demographics and track rental rates to identify rent trends.
- Support tenancy management of all existing outlets including but not limited to communication with landlords, tenure monitoring etc.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of work experience dealing with retail landlord, managing leases and marketing of retail spaces in F&B industry.
- Good communication, problem solving, analytical skills.
