Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project management, planning & control, and execution, including project budget evaluation and profitability
- Administer all site works, contract administration, management of delivery and progress of project to ensure quality of work and safety regulations are complied.
- Preparation of tender documents, including drafting of project schedule, construction methodology, site utilisation and planning and assist in awarding construction and procurement contract.
- Maintain client's satisfaction with project performance and follow up on new business opportunities with the client
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Skills, Experience, Competencies, Requirements
- Preferably Diploma or Degree qualification in Interior Design or Architecture equivalent
- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in project management
- Candidates with to Interior Fit-outs will have an added advantage
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage multiple projects, administrative works, competing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong in verbal & written communication skills
- Be proactive and result-oriented
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Certification in WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites will be an advantage
- Able to work independent.
- Able to work on weekend when necessary
