Job Position : M&E - Site Engineer
Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for all the MEP works installation and progress of work to meet contractual and specifications requirements.
- Need to coordinate the M&E works with the other ongoing site works.
- Attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to pprojects
- Able to cordinate with sub-contractors to complete the M&E works within the given timeline
- overseeing electrical & mechanical installation renovation site work
- Assist supervisors organize service delivery teams and distribute responsibilities.
- Assist supervisor in timely implementation and completion of customer troubleshooting and security system maintenance
- Ensure that the work carried out complies with the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
- Perform other technical tasks as required.
Requirements
• At least 2 years of professional experience with a Min Degree in Engineering field.
• Able to read & understand site construction drawings.
• Autocad knowledge will be added advantage
• Excellent Knowledge with MEP specification is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• An independent, self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision.
