Job Description
As part of our consulting & project management team representing our client, you will be involved in the management and execution of the future Terminal 5 building and its associated facilities. You will need to support design, project specification, including design briefs, design deliverables, preparation of tender documents and tender evaluation leading to award of consultants or contractors. In the process, you will also review plans, designs, specifications and drawings as well as provide direction and advice for projects implementation. This role will require the successful candidate(s) to work with the Consultants and various stakeholders, internal and external, including government agencies.
Requirements
- Good degree in Architectural and/or Interior Architecture with preferably 4 years and above of relevant project, architectural and interior design experience.
- Proven design and project management experience in delivering large-scale projects, preferably in aviation infrastructure works.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, Revit/ BIM, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, or any other rendering and professional movie editing software.
- Excellent written (preparation of power point) and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- This position is a 3-year contract with the possibility of renewal.
- There is flexibility to hire at the Project Architect or Principal Project Architect level depending on the candidate’s experience.
