Our client is a F&B Manufacturing MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in various projects and improvements.
- Manage to oversee the overall production process and quality control.
- Manage production, quality, and maintenance in industrial plants.
- Provide training and mentorship to other related supporting staffs/engineers on electronical and mechanical related troubleshooting skills/knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and resolve internal issues.
- Collaborate on project plans and specifications.
- Ensure technical accuracy and compliance of work.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures.
- Coordinate departmental activities.
- Provide support for downtime and standby duties.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in similar industry
- Good understanding/knowledge in electronical and mechanical troubleshooting concept will be a bonus.
