● 3-5 years of product design experience
● Ability to creatively solve UX problems
● Ability to understand product specifications and user psychology
● Ability to build wireframes and user flows
● Ability to create human-centric interfaces for all digital platforms (mobile, tablet, web, desktop)
● Hands on experience in designing progressive web apps
● Ability to gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
● Ability to clearly communicate the design ideas and prototypes to UI developers
● Experience in interaction design and information architecture
● Proficiency in industry standard design software (Figma, Adobe Suite etc)
● Expereince in creating style standards on fonts, colors and images
● Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
● Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
● Portfolio of design projects (mandatory)
