Essential Responsibilities:
- Apply applicable Lean Tools to drive productivity with clear roadmap in Operational and Transactional Functions.
- Facilitate Lean AWO & Kaizen activities with relevant team & stakeholders to create standard work for major processes.
- Drive TAT reduction through Lean(value-added time), thereby inculcating Lean practices and Lean culture.
- Create standard work on all critical processes, eventually for 100% of the processes.
- Certify model cells per model cell criteria
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering from a local or internationally recognised university.
- Familiarity with 6 sigma tools and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) will be an added advantage
