Role: New Business Development in Technology, Automotive and Healthcare applications
Responsibilities:
- To manage assigned accounts and seek to grow them. Have expertise in the precision manufacturing space within injection molding, die casting, stamping and PCBA technologies and tooling for same.
- In-charge of Business development for expanding Beyonics-Suite to new markets in focus segments
- Establish New Business Segment –primarily focusing on Global customers with APAC footprint.
- Develop and deliver the planned Pipeline growth within the assigned territory.
- Increase Beyonics Share of wallet in Key customers by identifying right product mix for sustainable business growth. Existing customers in new applications/ New Customers in Existing applications
- Must understand and have experience with Automotive, Healthcare and Technology manufacturing Eco-system.
- Lead the business opportunity qualification process by proactively working with the extended Project Management team to deliver the projects on-time.
- Develop new business based on market opportunity and prioritization; execute sales strategy; act as the primary company go to person in the territory.
- Maintains strong relationships with strategic accounts and worked to establish new customer relationships.
- Work closely with Operations and Engineering to identify capabilities and competencies to be successful in the market.
- Manages business within the company structured sales process and employees’ sales management tools.
- Provides regular business and market updates to the Company senior management team.
- Manages quote activity and coordination of company’s approach to capture business.
Requirements
- In depth knowledge of the relevant market as a supplier of precision plastic and metal parts, and electronic sub-assemblies.
- Quality/reliability/environmental requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Possess entrepreneurial spirit executing for results, energizing the team, making appropriate decisions, fostering innovation and having impeccable professional ethics.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, individual contributor with successful tract rack, with new wins attribute to his/her own effort.
- Minimum ten years of work experience with at least 5 years of directly related experience in a sales and business development role.
- A solid business network of potential customers is a must particularly within their supply chain, commodity management and design teams.
- Able to travel at least 50% of the time
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, candidate with a MBA will be an added advantage
