Responsibilities:
- Prepare authority submission drawings in Revit / Cad
- Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building
- code / regulations
- Assist in preparing architectural details & documentation
- Prepare 3D renderings & construction drawings
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
- Proficient in BIM and Revit Architecture
- Minimum 3 year of relevant experience
- Familiar with local building codes and regulations
- Self-driven and able to work independently
