Job Brief
HealthServe Clinic is an IPC registered charity which serves disadvantaged migrant workers through the provision of holistic services, including affordable medical and dental care. We are looking for someone who is keen to join us in our advocacy for a society where every migrant worker lives a life of health, well-being and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organise volunteers and interns for our clinic
- Oversee daily operations of the clinic
- Ensure a comfortable experience for patients who attend at our clinics
- Provide customer service including registration of patients, queue management, dispensing of medications, invoicing and collection of payment
- Support doctors for in clinic procedures and chaperones
- Perform clinical procedures such as simple dressing, ECG and nebuliser treatments
- Manage medication, consumables and equipment including replenishment and housekeeping
- Perform any other duties which may be assigned
Requirements
- Passion for care of migrant worker community
- Able to work independently and team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and work well with different stakeholders
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in managing clinic operations
- Familiarity with clinic operations and/or usage of UNO CMS an advantage
- Ability to commit at least 2 weekday nights and 1 weekend shift each week
- Strong engagement, operational and managerial skills in leading teams
Working Hours (approximately 40 - 44 hours per week)
- Medical Clinic Operating Hours: 2-3 weeknights: 6.00pm – 10.00pm and Sundays: 2.30pm - 6.00pm
- Non-Clinic Hours: 10.00am - 7.00pm on weekdays (there is flexibility these work hours outside of clinic operations)
