Job Scope:
- Responsible for the triage for specialist outpatient clinic appointment requests received from different referral steams
- Consolidate appointments for patients where appropriate
- Assist to confirm patients’ attendance especially for first visit appointments, and assist in cancelations, rescheduling or ad hoc patient enquiry
- Contribute to the implementation of department plans to right site outpatient referrals via risk stratification on the basis of available historical clinical, biochemical and radiological information
- Work closely with referring healthcare stakeholders regarding the outcome of the outpatient referral request made
- Assis to plan outpatient visit as per available clinic slot based on estimated urgency to be seen
- Collate and evaluate appointment waiting time data for department review
- Responsible for proper documentation of appointment allocation and triaging data, with adherence to PDPA policies
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Life Science
- Registered Nurses with a Degree in Nursing are welcomed to apply
- Relevant working experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
- Competent in MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
