Hiring: Warehouse Assistant
JD for Warehouse Assistant
- Receiving, put-away, picking and shipping operation, Un-stuffing
and stuffing of container operation
- Timely and accurate update of warehouse management system to
Transactions
- Coordinate in Process RA (goods return from customers), RTV
(goods return to vendors) timely and properly, and Inbound
discrepancies (RDR), timely delivery of goods, and delivery
requirements/expectations
- Perform Receiving and Issuing of items timely and accurately with
proper authorizations and acknowledgment.
- Carry out and report cycle count as required with ensuring all items
are labelled and stored in rightful locations registered in the
inventory database.
- Answering questions/replying emails & handling complaints from
Customer
- Monitor & Manage the inventory Management System (FIFO, FEFO)
- Other Warehouse Duties
Requirements
- ITE or Diploma in Supply Chain or equivalent
- 1-2 years related experience
- Hands on experience with warehouse duties
- Experience with WMS(MURHO Inventory Management System) is an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Take initiative with good and positive working attitude
- Process with Forklift License is an added advantage
- Provide excellent Customer service
- Good team player and ability to work independently with minimum supervision
