Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain risk management tools for assessment, enhancing the effectiveness of the Organizational Risk Management framework.
- Control and consolidate the Organizational Risk Register for senior management reporting, facilitating Residual Risk Assessment with business units.
- Identify operational risk areas and control gaps, working with business units to mitigate risks and improve controls.
- Organize and facilitate Risk Committee and Operational Risk Committee meetings to identify key risks and coordinate validation with business units.
- Review outsourcing and third-party management documents for compliance with regulatory requirements, support new product/business checks, and manage Business Continuity Management framework, including BCP tests and audits.
- Maintain and develop a framework which appropriately manages environmental risks to meet expectations from the regulators with coordinating with related departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 - 4 years of operational risk management experience in the banking and finance indsutry, preferably from a corporate bank
- Proven understanding of Financial Markets and Risk processes
- Possess good understanding of risk management process and implementing process controls
- Proficient in Excel, Words, PowerPoint, DocuWorks
