oles & Responsibilities
- Contract Execution: - Contract Review/Preparations/Negotiation
- Cargo operations(documentation, cargo stewardship (inspection), price confirmation (invoicing and payment, cargo related appointments etc.)
- Support in delivery logistic with domestic refining supply team
- Claims and Dispute resolution
- Operations execution
- Support in Trade Finance process (L/C issuance, negotiation/discounting and presentation)
- Report/Update to Management especially on operational risk and exposure related matters
- Filing for records and audit purposes.
- Settlement
Requirements
- Candidate should possess at least a Diploma or Degree in preferably Chemistry, Science, Logistic, Business Studies, Mathematics or equivalent qualification;
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in Physical Operations for Crude, Refined Products (or Petrochemicals preferred);
- Candidate with good understanding and able to communicate and written in both English & Mandarin preferred (in order to liaise with the English & Mandarin speaking associates)
- Competent with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
