- End-to-End Payroll Processing including dealing statutory agencies.
- Working in a shared service organization, with heavy presence of Expats and Foreign Workers
- Being a good team player and influencing others including collaborating with Payroll Vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll.
- Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience. Knowledge of CPF calculations and SG taxation is a must while familiarity with Workday and PayDay! HRMS will be an advantage.
- Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative as the role requires constant coordination with workstreams, leadership and stakeholders.
