Job Description:-
- Assist store manager for the smooth operations of the restaurant and efficiently to achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards
- Order taking & cashiering, packing & meal preparation, backend kitchen support.
- Restock item (about 5-10KG)
- Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
- Consistently monitor product, labour costs and other operating cost to remain within budget
- Assist store manager to achieve sales targets and ensuring profitability of the outlets
Requirements: -
- Pro-active, a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Possess excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Able to perform shift work and work on weekends
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B
