Job Details:
- Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
- Working Location: Somerset (walking distance from MRT)
- Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
- Salary Range: $3,200 - $4,500 per month + bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Represent company as a brand ambassador, offering electricity plans and assist customers in services required
- Understand their role in engaging with key stakeholders
- Achieve monthly performance goals
- Handle administrative tasks
- Keep up to date with market and industry trends
- Ability to identify opportunities and challenges
- Support new developments and initiatives
- Developing of customer service quality benchmark
- Answer enquiries from all mediums, including but not limited to walk-ins, phone calls, emails and social media leads
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging new people on a daily basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations.
- Proactive worker with strong time management and prioritisation skills to manage deadlines.
- Independent but a team player as well.
- Experience in B2C sales and cold calling/customer relationship skills.
- Experience in MS Office, CRM and other customer service management software or solutions are a plus
