Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Senior Process Engineer for the next phrase of their business. They are located in West.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to plan and install new equipment, ensuring integration into existing processes and liaise with headquarters for process improvement.
- Manage documentation and follow-up for machine qualifications and manuals.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes based on expertise.
- Oversee process transfers, ensuring documentation, evaluation, and qualification.
- Provide technical support for process quality and standardization.
- Monitor and analyze SPC charts and troubleshoot non-conformance.
- Collaborate with Production & Maintenance to optimize process cycle times.
- Analyze data trends for in-process specifications and implement corrective actions.
- Support production processes, specifications, procedures, and TPM.
- Investigate customer claims and support root cause finding.
- Facilitate and involve in Projects and train technicians on machine operations.
- Handle ad-hoc or special assignments.
Requirement
- Min Degree in Engineering or Material Science
- Hands on Experience on Process Engineer with heavy machine commissioning experience
- Experience in metal processing such as Stamping, rolling.
