Responsibilities and duties:
PA to Director and HR Manager
Handle all insurance renewal and medical claims
Handle NS make-up claims, Childcare leave, Maternity, etc
Track OT claims to ensure compliance with MOM regulations
Manage staff leave portal
Handle onboarding of new hire
Process resignation of resignee
Manage adhoc HR queries
All secretarial and administrative duties
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA / Secretary
Strong command of English
O Level / A Level / Diploma Holder
