Job Scope:
Enrolled Nurse:
- Comply with approved Nursing SOPs.
- Work with multidisciplinary team to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
- Identify symptoms of clients related to illness or decline in functional/cognitive abilities and advocate early attention.
- Mentor and guide, NAs and HCAs in performing their functional duties.
Healthcare Assistant:
- To provide the optimal level of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- To assist in activities and programs promoting healthy aging for clients.
Requirement:
- Valid SNB & BCLS is mandatory
- Candidates with WSQ Nursing Care or Healthcare related Certification with 1 or 2 years relevant experience will be an advantage.
