As the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead, you will oversee the structured execution of demand generation efforts, process-automation, and pipeline creation and progression initiatives.
Qualifications
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a centralized view of all Google Cloud demand generation projects, including campaigns, content initiatives, events, partner programs, and more.
- Drive demand generation board reviews, consult with leadership on pipeline and business trends, and build an action plan through the portfolio of available solutions.
- Manage packaging, readiness, and execution of programmatic solution campaigns, engage with industry and horizontal technology specialists, and communicate and review results.
- Own the pipeline governance cadence across CE, Sales, RSO, and Customer Experience to establish regular roll-ups of business growth data and account insight.
- Prepare the execution strategy, account lists, manage quarterly demand generation plans, and program execution and tracking, communication actions, and review of results.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in project management, program management, or business strategy function.
- Experience with full enterprise sales-cycle, renewal/consumption business models, and full-funnel sales motions.
- Experience building relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., marketing, partners, finance, sales operations, etc.).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA degree.
- Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar Project Management certification.
- Experience in project management, program management, or business strategy functions.
- Experience operating executive cadence and strategic insight, informing the direction of the business.
- Experience meeting deadlines, with the ability to take responsibility.
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
