Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire logistics functions of the company including warehousing, delivery, incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, etc.
- Supervise the activities of the Warehouse Assistant and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all logistics functions are carried out as per the requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- Ensure 100% traceability of the goods by Lot number/Serial number
- Coordinate with Admin staff for a smooth running of the Logistics operations
- Perform stock take twice a year with internal staff and external auditor
- Periodic vehicle maintenance to be arranged
- Assistance in moving of heavy equipment, such as Treadmills
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in any field
- Minimum 10 years of working experience, of which at least 5 years must be in Logistics
- Willing to work after office hours, on weekends & public holidays
- Class 3 Driving License
- Able to operate Forklift
- Good communication skills
- Good character references
