Budget/Management Reporting/Financial Reporting
- Responsible for facilitating, collating, updating and analyzing the annual budget;
- Assist in the month-end closing tasks. Collating information from the various departments, analyzing and updating actual and forecast data using the Group’s web-based system;
- Responsible for preparing the monthly pupil forecast reconciliation between the various sources;
- Responsible for analyzing the actual capital expenditure, updating the forecast and analyzing variances;
- Attend to queries from the Regional office on management reporting and related matters.
- Answer and resolve school wide budget queries and provide monthly updates to budget owners
- Detailed review of monthly financials to provide a variance analysis
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, including bookkeeping experience.
- Good working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with NetSuite accounting system is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written (English)
- Good interpersonal skills
