Construction Supervisor Position
Job Scope:
As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site construction activities. Your primary duties will include:
Supervising Construction Activities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
2. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
3. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Team Management:
1. Lead and manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
2. Coordinate tasks and schedules to meet project deadlines.
3. Provide training and guidance to new staff members.
Quality Control:
1. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship.
2. Identify any issues or delays and implement solutions promptly.
3. Maintain high standards of work and safety on the site.
Communication:
1. Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
2. Report progress and any critical issues to management.
3. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other professionals.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
5. A problem-solver with attention to detail.
