Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring cadence and oversight of Headcount and Expense run rates in Group CBG Operations (CBGO)
- Timely reporting of Group CBGO and Regional CBO Management financial reporting deliverables to Finance
- Strategic Cost Management (SCM)/ Benefits tracking of key programs (OPPR 3.0, TOM, GenAI, Digital Adoption etc)
- Collaborating with location coordinators, Group Finance and HR on monthly financial forecasts, reconciliation and reviews
- Consolidation, review and analysis of CBGO Budget / Forecast financials across 7 locations
- Group CBGO Hyperion budget reconciliation with Group Finance and location coordinators
- Collaborating closely with Group Finance, location coordinators on SCM reporting and validations
- Cadence of standardized SCM reporting processes and data across CBGO locations and Group Finance
Requirements
- Degree qualification, preferably with at least 4-6 years of experience in Finance / Banking environment
- Good knowledge of MS office suite and experience with Hyperion, Tableau will be advantageous
- Proactive, committed and responsible team player
- Strong interest in dealing with financial data, analytics and dashboard development
- Keen to develop communication skills and stakeholder management
- Able to build rapport in a collaborative manner across diverse cultures and locations
- Able to work under pressure of tight timelines
