Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and arranging household staff and their deployment.
- In charge of household vehicle arrangements.
- Handling household procurement and expense reimbursements.
- Providing related property communication services (e.g., maintenance).
- Managing dietary arrangements and control for household members.
- Provide daily supervision and support to a teenager, ensuring his safety and well-being.
- Communicate with teachers and academic staff to stay informed about the teenager's performance and any areas of concern.
- Arrange transportation to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and social engagements.
- Plan and coordinate family events, including logistics, vendors, and guest accommodations.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Communicate event details to family members and stakeholders, maintaining documentation.
- Provide personalized hospitality services and problem-solving during events.
- Carrying out other tasks assigned by the employer.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree graduate with relevant working experience
- Flexibility to work extra hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to align with event schedules
Other Information
- AWS provided.
- All overtime is compensable with time off in lieu.
- Official work hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm
- Work Location: CBD
