Job Purpose
The Digital Catalyst (Programmatic Ad Solutions) for Stellar Ace’s Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Assets plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our advertising initiatives by overseeing the programmatic ad operations for our digital out-of-home platforms. This position aims to optimize revenue generation, enhance ad delivery efficiency, and ensure seamless integration of programmatic strategies within our digital out-of-home advertising ecosystem.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Programmatic Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute programmatic advertising strategies for digital out-of-home assets to maximize revenue and enhance advertiser ROI.
2. Campaign Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of programmatic ad campaigns, ensuring optimal targeting, delivery, and performance monitoring.
3. Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and technology teams to align programmatic initiatives with overall business goals.
4. Platform Optimization:
- Continuously assess and optimize programmatic platforms, ensuring the adoption of industry best practices and emerging trends.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights, generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
6. Technical Troubleshooting:
- Address technical issues related to programmatic ad operations, collaborating with technical teams to ensure seamless functionality of digital out-of-home assets.
7. Industry Trends Monitoring:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes related to programmatic advertising and digital out-of-home.
Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Qualifications:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
2. Work Experience:
- Preferably minimum of 5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on digital out-of-home assets. Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, digital out-of-home landscape, and relevant technologies. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance is essential.
- Proficient in working with programmatic platforms, ad exchanges, and related technologies. Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and digital signage solutions is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
