Job duties / responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in identifying business opportunities, achieve sales and business targets including AUM building and asset retention
- Host and participate in sales / marketing seminars and market / product related trainings to introduce the firm, investment capabilities, as well as the relevant products and services
- Assist in establishing a presence and brand awareness for Haitong’s asset management business in the local market
- Coordinate with external and internal counterparties and professionals and ensure the full compliance with rules and regulations of relevant respective jurisdictions.
Requriement:
- More than10 years of of relevant experience in asset management
- At least 5-8 years of experience in portfolio management
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, economics or related disciplines.
- Professional qualifications in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Clear communication and strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin (require to liaise with mandarin speaking clients)
