Job Role Description
Lead the activities of the front-of-house workstations, serving counter area and pantry. He/She performs food and beverage services, support food and beverage operations and maintain hygiene, safety and standards.

Key Tasks
- Inspect cleanliness of work stations at the start and end of work shift
- Assign daily operational tasks according to staff roster
- Monitor the set-up of cutleries, utensils and serving ware are cleaned/ sanitised and ready for use and serve food
- Ensure that table settings, cutleries, glassware and any special instructions are in place according to the event order
- Maintain records of inventories (beverages & non-food products) replenishing at service stations
- Follow-up guest service standards and address input/ feedback
- Support staff's compliance with the organisation's personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
Skills and Knowledge
Functional / Technical Experience
- Previous experience in events/ banquet or table service restaurants
- Food Safety and Hygiene and Basic Food Allergens
- Customer Service Experience
- Workplace Safety and Health for Food and Beverage Operations
- Time management and planning
- Teamwork and communication
- Attentive, meticulous and problem solving
Educational Qualifications
- WSQ Food Safety and Hygiene-1
- Minimum Professional Certificate or NITEC in related field is recommended
