Job Responsibilities
· Manage and govern Blueprint Document. Regularly review and update the document to keep it relevant and in-line with business growth.
· Provide 1st and 2nd level support to the business and ensure issues are properly closed and resolved.
· Review deliverables submitted by the roll-out team and ensure the document complies with policies and procedures.
· Ensure support tickets are properly resolved and closed in a timely manner per the service level agreement.
· Maintain high system availability of IT solutions and services.
· Lead and be involved in improvement/implementation projects.
Requirements:
· Possess recognised degree in information technology or computer sciences or equivalent.
· Minimal 5 years SAP FICO experience with at least leading 3 full cycle module rollouts.
· Extensive experience with business processes and familiar with ASAP implementation activities.
· Ability to communicate and interact effectively with people (internally and externally) at all levels.
· Effective problem solver with ability to examine and re-engineer processes, procedures, and practices.
