Role
- An analyst role supporting a global merger arbitrage PM. The PM is based in London.
- The analyst will take on a wide range of responsibilities spanning the investment process. Responsibilities will include:
- Coverage of APAC merger arbitrage and special situations
- Idea generation and fundamental modelling
- Keeping up with newsflow
- Maintaining relationships with relevant brokers in the space
- Working closely with the PM on risk/reward analysis

Work Experience
- 2+ years of experience, with preference for at least one year experience on buy side
