Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all facets of store operations, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, cash management, inventory supervision, and ensuring store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Meeting sales objectives, evaluating performance metrics, and devising strategies to meet sales targets.
- Analyzing sales figures to pinpoint areas for growth.
- Monitoring expenditures and suggesting measures to control costs and enhance profitability.
- Implementing training protocols and overseeing staff members.
- Addressing customer inquiries, grievances, and resolving issues promptly.
- Supervising product placement and visual merchandising in accordance with company guidelines to boost sales and enhance the shopping ambiance.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and implementing operational best practices.
- Cultivating and nurturing positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Possession of at least a GCE 'O' level certificate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the retail sector, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Exceptional organizational abilities for overseeing store operations, managing inventory, and creating staff schedules.
