Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in InteriorDesign / Architecture or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Architecture interior design environment.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup (Vray /rendering), 3Ds Max Photoshop, illustrator, Adobe Photoshop & other design-based skills.
- Strong 3D and graphic sense, Must be proficient in 3D Rendering & Modeling
- Strong sense of conceptual design approach, Good communication and presentation skills.
- Dedicated and passionate about design,Creative in interior Design and proposal Initiative, motivated and fast learner
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule & Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Designated Directors and design team to plan and visualise projects.
- Presenting and explaining visuals to colleagues and clients.
- Develop and execute high quality interior design concept.
- Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
- Assisting with planning decisions.
