Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Inside Sales Representative Specialist to join our team, focusing on contract renewals pricing within the electronic security market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management, with a specific emphasis on contract renewals within the security industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing client contracts, ensuring timely renewal and negotiation of pricing and scope adjustments.
2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of client needs and current contract terms to develop tailored renewal proposals.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and legal, to finalize contract terms and pricing structures.
4. Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance contract value and drive revenue growth.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contract renewals, pricing agreements, and client interactions in the CRM system.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the renewal process, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our services and solutions.
8. Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators related to contract renewals and revenue generation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
2. Proven track record of success in inside sales, contract negotiations, or account management roles, preferably within the electronic security industry.
3. Strong understanding of contract pricing methodologies, including value-based pricing and competitive benchmarking.
