1) Handle all incoming and outgoing lorries/container
2) Filing and sorting of documents
3) Prepare invoice and packing list for shipment
4) Send invoice and packing list to forwarder to prepare permit.
5) Create DO and sales invoices.
6) Answer phone calls
7) Email correspondence
8) Scanning and photocopying
9) Ordering of stationery
10) Prepare Time cards
11) Other ad-hoc Accounts & Admin duties as assigned
