Responsibilities:
- Manage the routine daily e-commerce operations such as provide proactive customer service, order processing, monitor stock status and returns, stock replenishments, analytical supports i.e. report design and maintenance and month-end closing.
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platforms with internal and external teams to ensure that products, promotions, prices and content on the e-commerce platform are up-to-date and accurate at all times
- Coordination, execution and planning support for e-commerce projects, e-marketing campaigns and integrated brand plans.
- Marketing communications and programs for various media channels, ie social media, print, web, etc
- Continually collaborates with internal peers, and/or suppliers to effectively define, develop and execute marketing strategies. Monitor and ensure that marketing strategy is implemented effectively, consistently, and tied with the established guidelines and budgets
- Keep up-to-date with market development and monitor competitor activities.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies with goal of increasing ROAS
- Leverage on marketing automation tools to implement lead generation and nurturing programs to drive engagement, traffic and conversions.
Requirements:
- Degree , Diploma in Business studies, Mass Communication, Management or related disciplines with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail/ e-commerce industry
- Good digital knowledge across all platforms, social media savvy, and e-commerce activities will be plus point
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS office applications

Remuneration : Up to $4,200 basic + permanent staff benefit
